Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive English language syllabi from A1 to C2 levels (CEFR).
- Create engaging and structured learning materials, including lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and media teams to deliver high-quality educational content.
- Revise and update existing materials to reflect learner feedback and new methodologies.
- Apply instructional design principles to support learner engagement and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Applied Linguistics, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Experience in curriculum design or educational content development, especially in English Language Teaching (ELT).
- Familiarity with CEFR, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or other language learning frameworks.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for various proficiency levels.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and content authoring tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of basic product management skills and tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL).
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is a plus.
