Job Description

Mendesain materi pembelajaran untuk program kewirausahaan dengan fokus pada pendekatan experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research: Melakukan desk research dan konsultasi ahli untuk mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan bagi pengusaha.
  • Design: Menyusun silabus, alur workshop, modul, dan alat bantu belajar berdasarkan studi kasus nyata.
  • Iteration: Menganalisis pengalaman peserta untuk memperbarui dan meningkatkan kualitas materi secara berkala.
  • Collaboration: Aktif melakukan brainstorming tim untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman belajar.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Min. 8 tahun pengalaman kerja (dengan min. 1 tahun di desain program adult learning).
  • Latar belakang pendidikan (formal/informal) di bidang Pendidikan, Psikologi, Manajemen, atau terkait.
  • Paham proses Constructivist Learning (analisis kebutuhan hingga desain stimulus).
  • Kemampuan Project Management yang kuat dan terbiasa di lingkungan kerja yang cepat/dinamis (GRIT).
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi ide kompleks yang sangat baik.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Memiliki pemahaman Financial Management atau Business Acumen (terutama skala UMKM).
  • Berdomisili di Jakarta (namun terbuka untuk remote dari mana saja).
  • Memiliki Growth Mindset dan antusiasme tinggi terhadap dunia kewirausahaan.
