Deskripsi pekerjaan Learning Design Intern - (Talent Pool) Talenesia
- Conduct research to assess the needs of learners and the best practices in each learning topics
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SME) and relevant stakeholders to design the curriculum: objectives, method, and evaluation.
- Develop learning materials and tools to cascade the designed curriculum.
- Monitor the implementation of learning programs developed
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Report directly to the learning manager and project owners
- Preparing low and semi-skilled talents for employment through our potential assessment tools , bootcamp training program and apprenticeship program.
- Connecting low and semi-skilled talents to most suitable economic opportunities through our career coaching program and job placement program.
- Working continuously hand in hand with businesses in developing low & semi-skilled talents through our workforce management program.
