Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee training programs.
- Support the implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, evaluations, and employee development data.
- Assist in identifying training needs based on operational requirements and employee performance.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure training programs run smoothly.
- Prepare regular training reports and provide administrative support for L&D activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Good understanding of hospitality service standards.
- Familiar with employee training, onboarding, and training administration.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work with different departments and handle multiple training activities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work in a retail operational environment and support training activities based on business needs.
