Sant Group Indonesia is a growing house of brands in the fragrance & personal care industry (Crusita, Aoera, YORS Studio, Kyfee), operating across retail stores, manufacturing, and head office.
We're building a Learning & Development function that turns a fast-growing team into a strong, consistent one — and we're looking for the person to lead it.
What you'll do :
- Design and run the L&D roadmap across retail, manufacturing, and head office
- Own the Management Trainee (MT) program end to end: curriculum, batches, mentoring, and evaluation
- Manage OJT placement into two tracks — Store operations or Head Office — matching each trainee to the right path
- Run performance management and talent development, from competency mapping to career paths
- Develop training content and measure impact (not just delivery)
- Partner with store, plant, and HQ leaders to close real capability gaps
What we're looking for:
- 5–8 years in Learning & Development, with experience leading programs or a small team
- Background in multi-outlet retail/FMCG and/or manufacturing is a strong plus
- Proven experience designing and running Management Trainee (MT) programs, including OJT placement
- Strong in curriculum design, facilitation, and performance/talent frameworks
- Hands-on and builder-minded — comfortable creating systems from scratch
