Qualification :
• Final year student or recent fresh graduate from a reputable university with no remaining class
• Skilled in designing curriculum, developing syllabus, and training modules.
• Proficient in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets & Google Slides
• Good communication skills, able to collaborate woth subject matter experts; creative, adaptive, and innovative
• Interested in Training & Development
• Willing to work on site at Head Office in Jakarta (WFO) (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30)
Job Description :
• Develop training modules
• Manage collaboration with Subject Matter Experts for module and content development
• Conduct evaluations of development modules and implement improvements where needed
