Learning & Development Intern

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Learning & Development Intern for our client, Pisang Blenger.

About Pisang Blenger:

Pisang Blenger is an F&B retail brand speciallizing in banana fritters and fried cassava with various toppings. The brand currently operates 30+ outlets across jabodetabek and continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning needs for outlet employees.
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of learning programs.
• Contribute to developing learning content and materials, including presentations, videos, posters, and guides.
• Facilitate training sessions and track attendance, feedback, and assessment results to support program evaluation.
• Collaborate with Trainers, Human Resources, and the Operations Team to align learning with operational and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any field, with no remaining classes.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and eagerness to learn about F&B operations.
• Highly curious and proactive in seeking relevant information, data, and resources.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva; basic video editing skills are a plus.
