Deskripsi pekerjaan Learning and Development Executive - IT industry Globee Software & E-Commerce

Responsibilities: 
1. Build employee training and development programs:
• Collect all the training demand from departments, analyze the training needs of the company
• Participate in the development and proposal of training plans and budgets according to the annual plan (internal and external training program)
• Develop and maintain a training material system following the company's standard

2. Organize corporate training programs as scheduled:
• Organize and implement training programs for managers and employees
• Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor
• Collating feedback and reporting results of training activities to Line Manager, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate

3. HR project & other assignments as and when required by the manager:
• Implement the HR project as planned
• In charge of onboarding and soft skills training
• Participate other HR activities

Requirements: 
• At least 01 year experience in Talent Development/ L&D role ( IT industry is a plus)
• Good written and verbal English
• Excellence skills in using Microsoft office, Google Drive, others

WORKING TIME: 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday. It can be flexibly adjusted.
