Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Leader, Operations Manager, -Foundation, NGO, or in a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving operational targets.
- Knowledge of non-profit organization management is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the foundation and MBG kitchen.
- Supervise program implementation to ensure alignment with established targets and standards.
- Manage and oversee operational, administrative, and volunteer teams.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government institutions, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, governance standards, and foundation reporting requirements.
- Develop strategies to support program growth and improve organizational performance.
