"Management SENIOR— Team & Operations
Team Management
● Build and distribute the monthly shift rotation schedule for the kiosk team
● Manage day-to-day schedule adjustments — absences, swaps, last-minute changes
● Brief the team at the start of each shift — priorities, stock status, any special instructions
● Be the first point of contact for the team for any operational question or issue
● Escalate HR issues, disciplinary matters or recurring problems to management
Stock & Restocking Management
● Review the daily inventory report and weekly stock report from the Storage Staff
● Identify restocking needs and send a reorder list to management for approval
● Coordinate the timing and logistics of restocking transfers between storage and kiosk
● Maintain visibility on ingredient levels to prevent any stockout
Storage Staff Coordination
● Receive daily production logs and weekly stock reports from Storage Staff
● Flag any production shortfall, quality issue or delivery problem to management immediately
● Coordinate restocking collection timing with Storage Staff
● Occasional visits to the storage location to verify operations — as needed, outside service hours
Reporting to Management
● Send a daily operational summary to management — sales, stock status, team notes, incidents
● Proactively flag any operational, quality or team issue — do not wait to be asked
● Contribute to continuous improvement — suggest process changes or efficiencies to management"
