Requirements:
1. Minimum education D3/D4 or S1 Industrial Engineering or similar field.
2. Maximum 35 years old and have at least 2 years of work experience in the same position.
3. Dominant type, strong leadership, tenacious, can work together in a team, strong motivation, analytical thinking.
4. Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced work environment.
5. Basic computer literacy, can enter excel data, can also read data, tables, graphs.
6. Willing to work shifts, and willing to work in Textile environment (hot, noisy, dust)
7. Familiar with seven tools & 8 steps of problem solving, Knowledge / mastery of Kaizen, Lean concepts is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team to achieve daily production targets
2. Ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards
3. Monitor equipment and report any issues for prompt resolution
4. Enforce safety protocols on the production floor
5. Train and motivate team members to enhance performance
6. Maintain production records and report progress to management
