-Minimum 2 year of experience in a production environment is preferred.
-Proficiency in Mandarin communication is required.
-Only applicants who submit a resume in English or Mandarin will be considered.
-Demonstrates strong leadership potential and is willing to be involved in hands-on practical work.
-Willing to work in shift schedules as required by operational needs, placement in Batam.
-Able to work in an environment where cigarette smoke odor may be present.
-Has the ability to manage a team, including motivating and evaluating team performance.
-Has experience in manufacturing systems and processes, and able to communicate and negotiate effectively.
-Has strong strategic leadership skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
