Tugas & tanggung jawab:
- Memimpin team dalam mencapai target perusahaan baik revenue & service excellence
- Membuat perencaan harian, mingguan & bulanan agar operasional perusahaan berjalan efisien
- Mendukung budaya serta suasana kerja yang positif.
- Menciptakan pengalaman terbaik bagi customer (Customer Experience)
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen/Ekonomi, Pariwisata, Perhotelan atau bidang sejenis
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Leader Operational
- Memiliki kemampuan Leadership, Management Planning & Problem Solving
- Kritis & solutif dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional.
