Job Description:
As a Leader of Host Live, you are responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Sales Online (live streaming and marketing) activities conducted by the team member. This position plays a crucial role in increasing engagement, brand awareness, and sales conversion through live sessions and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set target daily, weekly, monthly for each member and team
- Provide training in communication, selling skills, and product knowledge for new hosts.
- Schedule and coordinate daily livestream sessions with hosts.
- Prepare scripts or narrative guides for live sessions according to the campaign or promoted products.
- Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations for hosts.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure synchronized all the SOP and activities related to Host Live.
- Monitor livestream performance (viewer, engagement, conversion rate).
- Prepare weekly and monthly livestream performance and strategy reports for management.
- Propose creative ideas or gimmicks to enhance the attractiveness of live sessions.
- Maintain the consistency, quality, and professionalism of livestream broadcasts and hosts.
- Give strategic plan to increase sales performance.
- Work closely with the director to ensure the strategy and plan running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication / Business Management / Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Team Leader that handle Sales performance or a similar role in e-commerce, fashion or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of operation livestream and ecommerce trends on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Target-oriented, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of multitasking.
- Able to create content briefs and analyze livestream performance using data-driven insights.
- Possesses good visual taste and a solid understanding of branding.
- English skill is a Mandatory (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading)
