Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute creator recruitment strategies to expand our TikTok Shop affiliate network.
Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard potential creators and affiliates.
Develop strategies to activate creators and drive consistent promotional content and sales.
Achieve monthly affiliate GMV targets by improving creator productivity and campaign performance.
Monitor key metrics, including creator activation, content output, GMV, conversion rates, and commission efficiency.
Lead and supervise the affiliate team, establish KPIs, and ensure effective execution.
Collaborate with the E-commerce, Content, and Ads teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in KOL, affiliate, influencer marketing, or creator commerce.
Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and a track record of generating sales through creators.
Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
Strong creator sourcing, negotiation, relationship management, and performance optimization skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and develop strategies to achieve GMV targets.
Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
Experience in the mom & baby or FMCG industry is a plus
