Job Title: Livestream Leader Operations
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Livestream Operations Manager to lead our TikTok Shop and Shopee ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of livestreaming sessions, team performance (hosts, creative, and ops), and marketplace growth strategies to achieve monthly GMV targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines, scripts, and gimmicks for daily livestreaming.
- Formulate and execute revenue growth strategies
- Plan and optimize ad spend (TikTok Ads/Shopee Ads) to drive traffic and enhance ROI.
- Align livestream sessions with monthly campaigns, big sales events, and brand requirements.
2. Livestream Operations & Technical Management
- Oversee daily execution of live sessions, ensuring high-quality broadcast standards.
- Mastery of technical setups, including OBS, TikTok Live Studio, and livestream hardware (lighting, audio, camera).
- Conduct live set preparation details and ensure all technical aspects are seamless before going live.
- Monitor store metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, and user engagement in real-time.
3. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and supervise the entire TSP team (Operations, Hosts, Creatives, CS, and Admin).
- Train, coach, and review current and new hosts to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and persona.
- Conduct daily briefings, weekly performance reviews, and provide structured feedback to the team.
- Manage team discipline, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a productive work culture.
- Hostlive holiday scheduling.
4. Marketplace & Account Management
- Oversee daily operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centers.
- Liaise and coordinate directly with Platform Relationship Managers (RMs) or Account Managers (AMs).
- Ensure seamless execution of product uploads, promotions, and shop health (Seller Ratings).
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Synchronize with the Warehouse team regarding stock readiness and fulfillment.
- Final quality check media that has been produced by content creators.
- Liaise with brand principals regarding account management and problem resolution.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly livestream data reports.
- Provide actionable insights to the General Manager regarding sales performance and operational challenges.
- Monthly commission calculation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in livestreaming operations or e-commerce management (TikTok/Shopee).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in OBS & TikTok Live Studio. Deep understanding of TikTok Ads and e-commerce Seller Centers.
- Language: Proficient in English
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team (Hosts, Ops, etc.) and driving GMV targets.
- Analytical Skill: Strong ability to read data, monitor trends, and make proactive decisions.
- Attitude: Collaborative mindset, resilient under pressure, and highly organized.
- Flexibility: Willing to monitor livestreaming performance daily, including outside standard working hours or weekends if necessary.
