Role Overview
This position plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing live streaming activities for our mom and baby product lines. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and online teams to ensure engaging and high-performing live sessions across various platforms, including TikTok and Shopee.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only performs well on camera, but also has a strong sense of strategy, coordination, and quality control to ensure each live session meets its objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Host live streaming sessions for mom and baby products on TikTok and Shopee
2. Plan and execute live content with engaging product storytelling to drive sales performance
3. Act as a reference point for livestream quality — ensuring consistency in tone, visual presentation, and brand communication
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Online teams to ensure smooth and engaging live experiences
5. Provide constructive input and guidance to improve hosting delivery across the team
6. Engage with audiences actively through chat, comments, and real-time interaction
7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during live sessions
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing — preferably in the retail or mom & baby industry
3. Good attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and on-camera confidence.
5. Creative, energetic, and persuasive personality
6. Having exposure to managing live projects or guiding others in live streaming performance will be considered a plus.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, TikTok Dashboard, or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
8. Sales and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
9. Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, with a shift schedule (6:1).
