As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Leader Bartender to join our crew. The Leader Bartender is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include managing a team of bartenders, coordinating with kitchen staff, handling customer interactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in teamwork, drink preparation, and leadership are essential.
