Deskripsi pekerjaan Lead Yoga Teacher PT INSPIRASI KARYA MANAGEMENT
We are seeking an experienced Indonesian Lead Yoga Trainer for our international 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs in Bali. The trainer will lead asana practice and teaching methodology, mentor students and help maintain high academic standards.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa classes
- Teach alignment, sequencing, cueing, adjustments and teaching methodology
- Facilitate asana labs and evaluate students' teaching practice
- Mentor students and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistent training standards
- Participate in selected photo, video and social media content for the academy
Requirements :
- Fluent spoken English
- RYT 500 certification
- At least five years of consistent teaching experience
- Previous experience teaching on 200-hour YTT programs is preferred
- Strong background in Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa
- Excellent knowledge of alignment, sequencing, cueing and teaching methodology
- Confident working with international students
- Comfortable on camera; an active professional social media presence is an advantage
- Available for the agreed schedule during the 21-day training
