Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train the service team, ensuring punctuality, grooming, and performance standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including guest seating, reservations, and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure excellent guest experience by delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar on menus, specials, and promotions.
- Provide menu recommendations and maintain strong product knowledge (food & beverages).
- Accurately take and process orders, deliver items efficiently, and handle billing and payments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback or requests promptly.
- Support overall restaurant operations and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 10 kg.
