Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Sales – Telco VAS & SaaS who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic accounts, and developing new business opportunities in Telco VAS, SaaS, CPaaS, digital services, and enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Telco VAS and SaaS sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, proposal, pricing, negotiation, closing, and handover to operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile operators, aggregators, enterprise clients, digital merchants, and strategic partners.
- Develop new business opportunities for VAS, CPaaS/messaging, digital content, direct carrier billing, loyalty, airtime/airgift, and SaaS products.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecast, account plan, follow-up schedule, and weekly activity tracking.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for proposal, contract, SLA, onboarding, and go-live process.
- Support upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and account growth for existing clients or partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue achievement, pipeline, key issues, and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partnership.
- Having 1–3 years of experience as Senior Sales, Sales Lead, or Team Lead is preferred.
- Background in Telco, VAS, SaaS, CPaaS, digital services, mobile content, aggregator, enterprise solutions, or technology-based business.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage pipeline/forecast, close deals, and handle commercial negotiation.
- Having network with Indonesian telco operators, aggregators, digital partners, or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of SaaS subscription model, recurring revenue, account growth, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal process.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Able to communicate professionally in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Hands-on, target-driven, proactive in follow-up, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
