Requirement :

• Having excellent communication skills, collaborativeand able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and analyze data to generate insights and formulate effective action plans.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, manage, and develop a team to achieve business objectives.
• Experience handling TikTok Go operations, campaigns, or creator management is a strong advantage.
• Experienced in MCN (Multi-Channel Network) / Agency industry is a Plus
Job Description :
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution for clients
• Act as the main point of contact between client and internal team
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients
