About the Role
As a Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. You will be responsible for implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and working closely with children aged 2–6 years.
Key Responsibilities
Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and positive relationships.
Design and deliver engaging learning experiences in literacy, numeracy, motor skills, music, art, and play.
Promote social-emotional development through structured activities and free play.
Observe and assess student development to inform instruction and communicate progress to parents.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and the school leadership team.
Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, and reports.
Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are upheld at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, pshycology or a related field (a Master’s is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a preschool or early years setting.
Excellent spoken and written English (native or near-native proficiency preferred).
Knowledge of international early childhood education standards and frameworks (e.g., Reggio Emilia) is an advantage.
Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
