Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead PHP Developer to lead the development team in building and maintaining scalable enterprise applications for a multinational mining industry client from Sweden. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Laravel and NodeJS, excellent leadership capabilities, and strong English communication skills due to direct interaction with expatriate clients and international users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading development teams or acting as Technical Lead.
- Must good in english, because user are expatriate and full daily conversation in english
- Interview full in english
- Must have a TOEFL Certification
- Strong expertise in PHP Laravel Framework and NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of REST API, Microservices Architecture, and system integration.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiar with frontend-backend integration and modern web application architecture.
- Strong understanding of Git version control and CI/CD implementation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, due to daily communication with expatriate users and international stakeholders.
- Able to work onsite in Sukajadi Area - Bandung.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable and secure backend systems using Laravel and NodeJS.
- Review, optimize, and maintain application architecture and source code quality.
- Collaborate directly with expatriate clients, business users, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and coaching for development team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system bottlenecks.
- Manage API integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to business expectations.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling enterprise applications in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industries.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration is an advantage.
- Experience with message brokers, queues, or event-driven architecture is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software security best practices.
