Job Description
- Lead and supervise daily operations of Roastery, Production Packing, QC & Training, R&D, and Production teams.
- Create production planning, and ensure daily production targets are met according to agreed schedules, quality standards, and operational SOPs.
- Coordinate daily workflows between Operations Department and related departments on an execution level.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, and life cycle, ensuring all products meet standards.
- Handle daily operational issues and troubleshooting on the Operations floor, including equipment, manpower, and process flow.
- Prepare and maintain Operations Department reports.
- Oversee cross department alignment between Operations and other departments.
Qualification
- Experience in specialty coffee is a must, minimum experience of 5 years is required. Having tea knowledge is preferable.
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the coffee or tea industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make critical decisions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Knowledge of roasting coffee and about tea production.
- Familiar with coffee and tea products, including blends, preparation, and processing equipment.
- Extensive experience in production management and supervisory roles
