* Develop and execute an offline expansion strategy across Indonesia, prioritizing cities with strong market potential
* Source, approach, and secure partnerships with retail channels including shopping malls, department stores, lifestyle retailers, and wholesale distributors
* Build and maintain direct relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail decision-makers
* Perform market analysis, feasibility assessments, and site evaluations to support strategic expansion plans
* Oversee store onboarding processes, including product assortment setup, merchandising alignment, and launch preparation
* Track store performance, inventory levels, and sell-through rates to ensure sustainable growth
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and execution
* Participate in bazaars, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand exposure and generate new business opportunities
