Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Content Marketing, Social Media, Creative Content, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of content planning, campaign execution, and social media best practices across multiple platforms.
- Familiar with digital marketing trends, audience engagement strategies, and content performance metrics.
- Proficient in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
- Familiar with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Able to develop content concepts aligned with brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns, including merchant campaigns, promotional programs, and brand initiatives.
- Develop content plans based on campaign objectives, target audience, communication strategy, and timeline to ensure consistent and effective content delivery.
- Develop and manage communication materials across relevant digital and offline channels.
- Create engaging captions and copy aligned with the brand voice, platform characteristics, campaign objectives, CTA, and relevant hashtags.
- Develop creative concepts and produce visual content that aligns with brand identity and campaign requirements.
- Oversee the production of video content, from concept development and scripting to execution and adaptation based on platform trends.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and communication guidelines across all marketing communication materials.
- Develop collaborative content and campaign materials with partners, merchants, and internal business units to support mutually beneficial objectives.
- Support and coordinate the execution of online and offline events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience feedback, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze campaign and content performance metrics and provide insights for future content and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative resources, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered according to timeline and objectives.
- Support content editing and quality control for visual and video assets as required.
