What We're Looking For :
- Willing to be Placed in PALEMBANG CITY.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing (Lead/Senior/SPV Level) ideally within the brand management industry
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing successful KOL partnerships
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and performance measurement
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign metrics and optimise strategies accordingly
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong Leadership, analytical thinking & critical thinking
What You'll Be Doing :
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs aligned with the Brilliant Think Center's brand and marketing objectives
- Negotiate and manage KOL contracts, ensuring deliverables and performance targets are met
- Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL campaigns, providing data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop engaging KOL-led content
- Continuously expand the Brilliant Think Center's KOL network to reach new audiences and markets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
