About the Role
Online Fellas is seeking a confident and results-oriented Lead Generation and Sales Virtual Assistant to help clients identify potential customers and support their sales process. The ideal candidate is comfortable with online research, outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers based on the client’s target market.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and contact lists.
- Verify business and decision-maker information.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, or other approved channels.
- Personalise outreach messages using provided templates.
- Qualify leads based on agreed criteria.
- Schedule appointments or sales calls for clients.
- Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and appointments.
- Provide regular lead-generation and sales reports.
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong online research and communication skills.
- Confidence in contacting and following up with potential customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools is preferred.
- Organised, persistent, and comfortable working with targets.
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
