What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, networking, and other sales channels.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and introduce Lemon's digital marketing and influencer marketing services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities using CRM.
- Achieve lead generation and meeting targets on a quarterly basis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Development.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, influencer marketing agency, media agency, or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate outbound leads and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Success in This Role:
- Generate consistent qualified leads.
- Secure a minimum of 25 qualified client meetings per month.
- Build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
- Contribute to company business growth by opening new opportunities with prospective clients.
