Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Frontend Development, with at least 2 years of experience in a Lead or Team Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing enterprise-scale web applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
- Proficient in Node.js and experienced in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development best practices.
- Proven experience in designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar.
- Experienced in leading, mentoring, and managing Frontend development teams.
- Capable of conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring code quality across the team.
- Familiar with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with microservices architecture and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta under a project-based contract scheme.
