[Hiring] Lead Developer – PT Lussa Teknologi Global (Hybrid)
PT Lussa Teknologi Global is an innovative IT solution provider specializing in high-performance internal systems, white-label applications, and cutting-edge automation. We are looking for a visionary Lead Developer to join our core team and drive our technical excellence to the next level.
Project Details:
The primary focus of this role is the development of a Learning Management System / Job Portal. This is a project-based engagement with a duration of 3 months, scheduled to run from May to July.
The Role:
As our Lead Developer, you will be the technical backbone of our projects. We need someone who is not only a "coding beast" but also a strategic architect capable of mentoring a team and ensuring our products are scalable, secure, and world-class.
Technical Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Core Stack: Expert proficiency in Node.js and Next.js (App Router & Server Components).
Database Mastery: Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including complex schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Architecture: Deep understanding of Microservices, Serverless architectures, and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
Frontend Excellence: Strong grip on Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and state management (Zustand/Redux).
DevOps & Tools: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Vercel).
AI Integration: Experience or high interest in AI-driven development (Vibescoding) using tools like Cursor or LLM integrations to accelerate the development cycle.
Quality Assurance: Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (Jest/Cypress/Playwright).
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Ability to conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Strong technical decision-making skills under pressure.
- Capacity to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Work Model & Location:
Hybrid Model: Minimum 3 days per week onsite at our office.
Remote Flexibility: The remaining days can be worked remotely, provided targets and communication standards are met.
General Expectations:
Work Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
Reporting: Active participation in Daily Stand-ups and consistent updates on Project Management tools.
Ownership: A "get things done" mindset. You own your tasks from start to finish.
