Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of business analysis to align with company goals.
- Lead creation and maintenance of documentation for clear communication and project tracking.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specs.
- Guide data analysis and ensure insights are clearly communicated.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for better alignment and teamwork.
- Prioritize complex requirements by assessing business impact and feasibility.
- Serve as bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate collaboration.
- Lead software evaluations, offer recommendations, and perform risk analysis to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in business analysis or software requirements, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices; ability to drive strategy and innovation.
- Proven record of leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analysis results.
- Skilled in business analysis tools/methods; can apply them to complex scenarios.
- Broad business acumen and strategic planning ability; able to align technology with business goals.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking; adept at tackling complex challenges.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated; takes initiative in identifying business needs.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
