Job Description:
- Develop weekly content briefs and ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of 3–4 Content Creators
- Collaborate closely with Ads, KOL and Social Media teams to maintain strong brand consistency
- Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Bridge strategic direction from the Head of Digital Marketing into clear daily execution
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content, with proven experience leading projects or coordinating teams
- Strong content portfolio (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or e-commerce platforms)
- Solid understanding of key content metrics: views, engagement rate, watch time and conversion
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and confident in giving direct feedback
- Able to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision
- Bonus points for experience in pet care, Agency, or e-commerce brands
