Job Description:
- Develop and manage budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning in line with business objectives.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and company financial procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external parties on financial and accounting matters.
- Monitor company assets and inventory records, ensuring data accuracy through proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Deliver financial analysis and business insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities, supporting process optimization through system enhancement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Lead and develop team performance at the managerial level, ensuring effective execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience for Group Companies, or 2+ years for Manager-level roles, in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning, Audit, Tax, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with AP, AR, payment processing, account reconciliation, financial documentation, and transaction monitoring.
- Familiar with financial statement preparation, journal entries, general ledger management, closing processes, and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of taxation concepts (PPh, PPN), tax documentation, and financial compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- High integrity, accountability, and discretion in handling financial information. Team leadership experience and a track record of driving process improvement are an advantage for Manager-level candidates.
- Prior experience in the construction industry or large production house companies is highly preferred.
