The Paralian Uluwatu is a dynamic and growing real estate development company based in Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia. Founded in 2022 with the launch of our flagship project 11-11, we have since expanded into full-scale villa development and property sales, creating unique communities like The Waits Estates, which features modern amenities such as padel courts, 24-hour security, and community pools. In 2026, we will launch our own Property Management Group to provide comprehensive services for property owners. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Property Manager and Title Lawyer, someone who shares our commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional service.

The Property Manager and Title Lawyer will be responsible for overseeing the management of properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and handling title-related matters. Key responsibilities include managing property operations, coordinating with tenants and contractors, maintaining accurate records, and providing legal support related to property transactions. This role also involves reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting due diligence on property titles, and supporting the smooth operation of the property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and property management practices, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in property management, real estate law, or a similar area. Proficiency in Litigation Attorney, Corporate Law, Microsoft Office, Contract Review, Legal Drafting, Public Relations, and Real Estate Development is required.
