Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a laundry business.
- Practical knowledge of daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and handling garments or linen.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment, fabric care, and proper garment or linen handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to improving work processes.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily laundry operations while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize garments and linen according to established procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the laundry facility and equipment.
- Manage laundry orders efficiently to support timely completion and delivery.
- Follow appropriate fabric care procedures to prevent damage and maintain item quality.
- Support smooth daily workflows and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
