Deskripsi pekerjaan Laravel Developer (Onsite Bandung) PT Nextgen Inovasi Indonesia
We are looking for 2 Software Engineers to support the enhancement and development of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Web Platform.
This is a six-month, full-time contract assignment for engineers who are comfortable working across frontend and backend development, improving existing applications, and supporting business-critical systems.
The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new features, enhancing existing modules, optimizing application performance, and supporting ongoing business requirements.
Contract Period:
August 2026 – January 2027
Working Arrangement:
Full Work From Office (WFO) - Bojong, Bandung Area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the QSR Web Platform.
- Enhance existing application modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Perform database design, query optimization, and application performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement bug fixes.
- Integrate third-party services, including payment and delivery platforms when required.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, documentation, and testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and technical teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other Agile activities.
- Support application deployment and investigate production issues when necessary.
- Deliver stable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions within sprint timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in software development or web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
- Good programming knowledge of Go and/or Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call or standby support when required.
- Willing and available to work fully on-site at PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia's Head Office in the Bojong, Bandung area.
