Deskripsi pekerjaan Lab Compounder Staff (Temporary) PT. TECHNICOFLOR INDONESIA
TechnicoFlor Indonesia is looking for a Lab Assistant (Compounder) - Temporary to support our laboratory team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound fragrance materials according to laboratory specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials using appropriate laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of compounding activities, including quantities, dates, and batch numbers.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and instruments clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure prepared compounds meet the required standards.
- Assist laboratory staff with analytical and technical tasks as needed.
- Label and store prepared compounds according to laboratory guidelines.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Support the laboratory team with housekeeping and inventory management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience as a Compounder or Lab Assistant.
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to join immediately and able to work on a 3-month temporary contract.
Required Skills
- Accurately measure, weigh, and mix materials.
- Follow laboratory formulations and standard operating procedures.
- Operate basic laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Keep the laboratory clean and follow safety procedures.
- Use Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate in basic English.
