Deskripsi pekerjaan Lab Analyst Junior (ATLM) (Halodoc) Staffinc Affiliate - Sri Wulan Dari
Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine and other clinical samples.
Operate laboratory analyzers (hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, etc..)
Conduct daily Quality Control (QC) and ensure results meet standards.
Prepare reagents, calibrators, and controls before testing.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Validate and verify test results before reporting.
Input results into the LIS system accurately.
Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and waste management procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab.
Assist with sample collection (phlebotomy) if required by the facility.
Qualification
1. Minimum Diploma D3 / D4 Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM)
2. Certifications STR as ATLM (Valid)
3. Possess a valid SIP ATLM
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, or other healthcare facility. with Required Skills : Phlebotomy (capillary and venous), Sample processing and pre-analytic procedure, Operation of hematology/chemistry/immunology analyzers , Quality control & troubleshooting, Reporting and documentation
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to work in a shift schedule.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office or pharmacy system).
