L3 TECHNICAL SME – AI COMPUTE

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced L3 Technical SME – AI Compute to support our AI/GPU Data Center project.
You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, resolving complex infrastructure issues, optimizing AI compute performance, and ensuring the reliability and stability of AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical support and escalation for AI Compute infrastructure.
- Lead complex troubleshooting, performance investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify infrastructure and architectural issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform capacity and performance analysis.
- Support infrastructure lifecycle management and optimization.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for advanced technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI Infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, Storage, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and AI/GPU infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or Slurm.
- Proficiency in Python and Ansible automation.
- Experience in SLOs, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Experience in infrastructure lifecycle engineering and OEM escalation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
