* Strong written and verbal English communication skills, able to collaborate with global engineering teams.
* Proficiency in Linux environments with the ability to use common commands and perform operations.
* Basic knowledge of SQL database queries to retrieve system data effectively.
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting tasks.
* Basic understanding of Java/HTML and Windows command scripting.
* Familiarity with banking payment systems and processes is a plus.
