Deskripsi pekerjaan L2 Engineer Sinergimp
We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as an L2 Engineer (Fulltime) based in BSD, Tangerang, Banten or nearby area.
Job Description:
• Menjadi titik eskalasi Level 2 dari tim L1 untuk seluruh incident terkait:
o Aplikasi (core system / platform service)
o Infrastruktur (server, VM, storage)
o Integrasi ke sistem telco (signaling & network elements)
• Melakukan troubleshooting mendalam & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) terhadap:
o Application error / service degradation
o Issue integrasi antar sistem (API, messaging, signaling)
o Resource issue (CPU, memory, disk, connection)
• Melakukan analisa terhadap:
o Log aplikasi & sistem (Linux / middleware / service)
o Alur transaksi & flow komunikasi antar sistem
o Koneksi ke perangkat telco (HLR/HSS/MME/MSC/other signaling nodes – tergantung environment)
• Menangani:
o Service restart, patching, dan basic configuration update
o Validasi setelah deployment / change activity
• Mendukung aktivitas:
o Deployment, migration, dan integrasi sistem baru
o UAT & post-deployment monitoring
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan:
o L1 (validasi & eskalasi issue)
o L3 / Developer / Engineering
o Vendor / Principal (terutama untuk sistem telco & aplikasi core)
• Melakukan:
o Health check sistem & preventive maintenance
o Dokumentasi issue berulang & solusi (knowledge base)
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap:
o SLA, SOP, Incident, Problem & Change Management
Requirements:
• Minimal 5–6 tahun pengalaman di:
o IT Operations / Application Support / Infrastructure Support
o Environment Telco / Digital Platform / System Integration (nilai plus besar)
• Berpengalaman menangani Eskalasi L2 & incident production (P1/P2)
• Pemahaman kuat tentang:
o Linux / Unix system administration (basic–intermediate)
o Infrastruktur: server, VM, storage
o Konsep aplikasi berbasis:
▪ Client-server
▪ API / Web service (REST / SOAP)
▪ Database (basic query & troubleshooting)
• Pengalaman hands-on:
o Log analysis (application & system logs)
o Service monitoring & troubleshooting
o Basic network:
▪ IP addressing
▪ Static routing (basic)
▪ Connectivity check (ping, traceroute, telnet, curl)
• Familiar dengan konsep:
o Telco core system & signaling flow
o Integrasi ke node seperti:
▪ HLR / HSS
▪ SPS
▪ MSC / MME / Diameter / SS7 (basic awareness cukup)
• Pengalaman dengan:
o Protocol / integration berbasis signaling atau messaging
o High availability system (active-active / active-standby)
• Familiar dengan:
o Middleware / message broker (Kafka, RabbitMQ, dll)
o API Gateway / ESB
o Container (Docker) – basic
• Tools:
o Monitoring (Grafana, Zabbix, dsb)
o Ticketing (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
• Basic scripting (Shell / Python)
• Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
• Mampu membaca dan memahami alur sistem kompleks
• Komunikatif dan terbiasa koordinasi lintas tim
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (production issue)
• Proaktif & memiliki ownership tinggi
