PT ADI Perdana Nusantara is currently looking for qualified candidates for the following position:
Position :L2 Application Monitoring
Client :Banking
Placement :Jakarta (Willing to be assigned to any location across Jakarta)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Geneos or other application monitoring tools.
- Understand monitoring tool principles and have hands on experience configuring monitoring parameters using tools such as Geneos, BMC Helix, Entuity, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog, or ManageEngine.
- Have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple server operating systems, such as Linux, Unix, Windows, and AS/400.
- Have knowledge and hands on experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL, and MariaDB.
- Proficient in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
