L1 XDR Engineer

PT Permata Anugerah Abadi (PAA) (Sister Company of Metrocom Global Solusi, PT. ) is currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as:

🔹 Position: L1 XDR Engineer

📌 Qualifications:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related major

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cyber Security or Operational Security System

• Experienced in implementation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting XDR/EDR solutions

• Understanding of cyber security fundamentals, threat monitoring, incident handling, and log analysis

• Familiar with security tools such as XDR, EDR, SIEM, Firewall, or other endpoint security solutions

• Understanding deployment agent, policy management, and endpoint agent troubleshooting

• Able to analyze alerts and security incidents from security devices/platforms

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Cyber security or security product certification will be an advantage

• Willing to work in shifting schedule if required

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform implementation, configuration, and maintenance of XDR platforms

• Handle deployment and troubleshooting of XDR agents on endpoints/servers

• Monitor, tune, and optimize alerts/security incidents on XDR platforms

• Integrate XDR platforms with other security tools such as SIEM, Firewall, or endpoint security solutions

• Conduct initial investigation and incident handling related to cyber threats

• Escalate critical incidents to related teams according to procedures

• Create implementation, configuration, and incident documentation/reports

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding security incident handling

• Perform health checks, policy updates, and security system optimization
