Requirment
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related technical support or application support role
- Basic knowledge of GCP and on-premise environments, including application deployment and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring and incident support, including handling alerts, logs, and outages
- Experience supporting mobile applications built with Flutter or native technologies, including troubleshooting crashes and API errors
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, API, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Proficiency in English communication
