Deskripsi pekerjaan L1 SOC Analyst PT. Vector InfoTechnologies Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and dashboards.
- Investigate and triage security alerts.
- Identify false positives.
- Escalate suspicious incidents to the L2 team.
- Create and update incident tickets.
- Follow SOC procedures and playbooks.
- Document investigation findings.
- Meet SLA and shift handover requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, SC-900) are a plus.
