We’re Hiring: Resident Engineer – SSE (Prisma Access)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations, policy management, and configuration of SSE solutions, particularly Palo Alto Prisma Access.
- Monitor system performance and handle incidents related to SSE services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform incident resolution or escalation.
- Ensure security policies and configurations are implemented according to project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Engineer.
- Experience in projects involving SSE (Security Service Edge) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access or SASE solutions is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling skills.
Certifications:
- Palo Alto PCNSA or equivalent certification required.
- Palo Alto PCNSE certification is preferred.
