The chosen one will help MyRobin deal with Mitra data management, validation, and administrative tasks.
Job description:
- Perform data validation process for Existing Partner's data
- Make changes to invalid data into valid data by contacting Partners
- Contacting partnters regarding validation process information
- Provide reports to the direct supervisor (SPV) related to daily performance
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly targets that have been set for the Offline KYC team
Requirements:
- Domicile in Surabaya area. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- An internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholders.
- Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and am a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have solid ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to work remotely for 3 (three) months of the internship program and am ready to join as soon as possible!
