Qualifications
- Minimum S1 education majoring in transportation logistics and others.
- Coordinator experience at least 2 years in a Logistics Transporter company.
- Ability to coordinate trucking schedules, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to solve operational problems and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and prioritize based on urgency, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively.
- Problem-solving, teamwork, conscientious, innovative and initiative skills.
- Have quick thinking and able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to join ASAP.
